WinRAR v3.80 beta 1 更新：
1. 增加支持以 UTF-8 编码保存 Unicode 文件名的 ZIP 档案。在创建 ZIP 档案时，WinRAR 仅在不能使用单字节字符集保存文件名时才保存为 Unicode 编码。
2. 增加支持解密 WinZip 以 AES 加密的 ZIP 档案。
3. 改进了 RAR 和 ZIP 档案名的 Unicode 支持。
4. 在“添加档案”对话框中增加“在覆盖前询问”和“跳过已存在的文件”更新模式，允许指定在更新档案中已存在的文件时，WinRAR 的行为。与之前已存在的“仅更新已存在的文件”和“添加并更新文件”不同，两个新模式仅比较文件名，而不比较文件日期。
这些选项对应的命令行参数为：
a) -o 启用“在覆盖前询问”压缩模式；
b) -o- 启用“跳过已存在的文件”压缩模式;
c) -o+ 启用“全部覆盖”模式（默认）。
5. “配置文件参数”对话框中增加“增加到上下文菜单”选项。开启该选项后，配置文件名将会显示在资源管理器上下文菜单中，让用户可以从该菜单中激活一个配置文件。
6. 新的 -cp 参数用于在命令行模式选择一个压缩配置文件。只有图形界面的 WinRAR.exe 支持该参数，rar.exe 不支持。
7. 压缩对话框中新的“选项”页面包含用于修改“常规”页面中“压缩后删除源文件”选项行为的一组设置：
a) 删除文件。像以前版本一样删除文件。
b) 将文件移动到回收站。将被删除的文件移动到回收站中。此选项的命令行等价参数为 -dr。
c) 清除文件。删除文件之前，用零字节进行覆盖，以防止还原已删除的文件。此选项的命令行等价参数为 -dw。
这些选项仅在“压缩后删除源文件”选项启用时有效。您可以在默认压缩配置文件中启用这几个选项其中的一个，以指定“压缩后删除源文件”选项的默认行为。
8. WinRAR“释放路径和选项”对话框可以更改大小了。现在可以用鼠标拖动边框，改变改窗口大小，以便有更多空间可以显示文件夹树形窗格。WinRAR 会记住该对话框的大小。
9. 增加“更新” SFX 脚本命令，“高级 SFX 选项”对话框“更新”页中增加一组“更新模式”选项。这些命令和选项可用于在更新的基础上检查并应用文件时间。
10. SFX 脚本“快捷方式”命令和“高级 SFX 选项”对话框中的“添加快捷方式...”命令现在可用于指定快捷方式对应的图标文件。
11. “设置/安全”对话框中新的“清除临时文件”选项提供了更安全（但更慢）的方式来删除 WinRAR 临时文件。
12. WinRAR 和 RAR 会在解压缩位于同一个文件夹内的分卷 RAR 档案时显示总体进度栏。
13. WinRAR 和 RAR 会自动展开列表文件中环境变量的名称。例如，列表文件可以包含如下格式的行：
%windir%\*.exe
%USERPROFILE%\Desktop
该功能仅在 Windows 版本的 RAR 中可用。
14. 增加对带有非零“额外字段” TAR 档案的支持。
15. 增加对不包含 512 字节档案末端条目的 TAR 档案的支持。
16. 从 WinRAR 窗口中拖动文件时改进了 Unicode 支持。
17. Shift+Tab 按键组合可在 WinRAR 主窗口中使用，用于在界面元素（文件、注释、树形目录、地址）之间反向切换输入焦点。在以前版本中，Shift+Tab 和 Tab 切换方向相同。
18. 纠正打开被截断的 UDF ISO 文件时，WinRAR 可能崩溃的问题。

a) beta 1 在 Windows x64 系统中,右键菜单会显示随机的乱码;
