今天修改了一下服务器的配置，结果就出现了一个错误，如下两种：

The FastCGI process has failed frequently recently. Try the request again in a while
Error Number: -2147467259 (0x80004005).
Error Description: δָ¶¨µÄ´íÎó
HTTP Error 500 - Server Error.

中文乱码看不出来什么内容。折腾了半天，有童鞋说，是php目录权限的问题。
解决办法：
找到php安装目录，给一个users用户组的“读取和运行”权限，成功解决！
